Those experiences taught him the value of quality craftsmanship, hard work, and treating every project like it was his own. When the opportunity came, Brad decided it was time to build something of his own - with my own team and my own vision. In the beginning, we took on whatever work we could to get our foot in the door. Whether it was cutting grass, building decks, garages, or tacking small renovations, every job mattered. Each project helped us build our reputation, earn trust within the community and grow one step at a time. Mill House Design is a small family owned and operated business with many of the same staff that we've had for years.
